Levers: The Framework for Building Repeatability into Your Business
Transcript
Good morning and it's a great one. Look at the sunshine pouring in here. It is beautiful.
And this morning I'm here to announce something new. Well, actually a little old, old school.
You see I've been doing these videos to help entrepreneurs for a long time and today I'm going to announce that with a couple of friends we're releasing a print book.
I said old school. You can actually download the electronic copy too. It's okay.
You don't have to kill trees.
But anyway, when my good friend Amos, the MD from Techstars Austin, reached out to me and said,
hey, let's take all of this knowledge that a bunch of us have and put it into a book and make it available for entrepreneurs,
I thought it was a great idea.
And this book is for anybody who's looking to find repeatability and eventually scale in their business.
Frameworks from decades of building successful businesses.
And it's not just me and it's not just Amos, but it's also Trevor and Cody.
And it will help give entrepreneurs clarity and alignment, ultimately to help them control their own businesses.
I think it's great. Granted, I'm a little bit biased.
But the book goes on sale this morning.
Please go get a copy on Amazon. The link is below.
You can get the paper copy or the electronic version is $1.99.
I think it will make a significant difference in your ability to figure out and scale your business.
Enjoy, and I can't wait to hear the comments.
Thank you.
